The Intercollegiate Football Association

The style of modern American football developed in 1874 at Harvard University in three series of games against McGill University in Montreal. McGill was playing a game similar to rugby, and Harvard used a "Boston" style that was similar to football. Because there is no uniform ball, the two teams take turns in their own ball games to show fairness NFL Coins.

Harvard's players like to run with the ball in football, so in 1875 they persuaded Yale University to use rugby ball as the example of their two teams. In 1875, Yale, Harvard, Princeton, and Columbia University formed the Intercollegiate Football Association with rugby balls, but the scores were slightly modified.
